Default Craft/bead folks: help me out?

Last year, I purchased some beads/charms (not sure what to call them) from Michael's for a wedding project. The best way to describe them was a tiny silver "frame" (square) with a blue crystal in the center of it. They had little rings on the back for running necklace wire or, I suppose, to stitch through.

I am now working on another irrelevant project and would like to find something similar again, just in a different color. I pored over every hook in Michael's last night with no luck. Anyone have any good bead websites to search or even an idea of what to call these things or describe them? THANKS!

Goody Beads has a pretty wide assortment of beads and beady-like things. I've ordered from them before.

I also have these bookmarked on my computer, but have never purchased anything from them:

You are probably wanting specialty beads, sterling silver?

    Good luck hunting.

Thanks for the replies so far: working through the websites. I did find this
    http://store.goodybeads.com/store/products/A011953.html
which is similar, but I don't think mine were that big. What would you call that? Part of this problem is I don't have a name for what I'm looking for!

Oh, and I didn't pay near that apiece for what i had; maybe that for a box of 6 or so. No, they don't have to be "real" jewelry metal: they're going on a browband.
