    Default TB pedigree

Figured I would see what opinions I could get on my new mares pedigree. I'm new to the forum, and noticed that there's a lot of pedigree knowledgable folks on here.
I'm hoping to event her, and possibly breed her in the future. She never raced, and is completely sound.
I know a little about pedigree's and have heard mixed things about the Storm Cat line. I've heard that they make excellent eventers. And I have also heard that they can be nutty and hot headed. She definitely did not get that gene. She is very even tempered and a solid citizen. Beautiful mover too.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm no expert, but a great eventing trainer likes Bold Ruler, and you have him in her pedigree. She also has 13 green star mares, so she has good breeding for turf.

But how do you like her? Your connection is all that's important. My boy is by Fu Peg, a notoriously difficult horse, yet he is a calm and willing.

    My 2 cents.

Not seen her sire before but very good to have Graustark up close like that. They are often good movers and a nice sport type.

Green star mares are "blue hens". It has nothing to do with turf. It means they were outstanding producers of race horses.

Very true although it does seem like this pedigree is slanted to turf.

Are Blue Hens and Reines-de-Course the same thing? I always thought they were slightly different sets of mares, but I admit I'm not sure how I came to that conclusion.

    Here are the Reines-de-Course: http://www.reines-de-course.com/

I haven't been able to find a list of blue hens...
