So, apparently I have had the good luck of finding a Jimmy's bridle. I've sat on it for a year without knowing. I'm trying to sell it, as it's in great shape, but don't know the first clue about the bridle or its worth. It's square raised, Havana brown, 6' braided reins. I used it maybe 3 months total before bringing it in the house. It's been in a tack trunk since. I had someone ask me a question about it today as I was selling it with no makers mark and happened to see "Made By Jimmys USA 21st Century Custom 2" on the reins. The reins are square raised as well. Anyone know what the 2 part would be? I can't find a maker's mark on the bridle but it matches the reins w/ leather quality, color, square raised, etc. What would it be worth, and where would be a good place to market it at? There's not a lot of h/j facilities around here. It does appear to be an older bridle, but stitching etc is not frayed.
It's a full horse size. I do know that much. lol I used it on a draft cross mare and a TB gelding. It does have the wide noseband. I think I'm going to have to go back to this sale the next time they have it. I got a Passier saddle and this bridle... for much less than what they're apparently worth.
