Psh, I don't know who you think you are, but you better stay off my property.

Sigh - I wouldn't mind riding in that barn every day. *IF* I had that kind of money, I would rather spend it on that place - then the condos that go for the same price here in San Francisco!

I think I could happily live in just that barn!

I must have NO ambition - this place is more my style - although in my dream world I'd add a covered arena.

    Show Offs.

It's in Florida- Why do they need an indoor?

IMO- A REAL horseman buys as much land as she/he can afford, keeps the kids fed and shod, the horses fed and shod and makes the place itself look nicer over the next couple of decades.

You need to focus on the important things in life and fancy trimmings are not that important.

Maybe there is central air for the hot summers. Didn't the Hong Kong Olympics have some - it gets hot in the summer. Lol.

    For less money, at http://www.beangroup.com/real_estate...milton/1526544

That is my dream property. Not too many horses, but plenty of acreage for pasture, in/out stalls, charming home, pool, beautiful part of the country (I think), nice trail system, minutes to the beach..... sigh.

I too think this is gorgeous! The on in OP is beautiful, but I don't know what I would do with so much space...and I have no interest in running a big barn

Now if only I could pluck this out of GA and put it somewhere on the west coast....

That's what I was thinking. $6 million is nothing in Los Angeles. I'm always amazed at what a few million can buy you in the rest of the country.

This place kind of reminds me of the property/barn/pasture "shots" they used in the movie Dreamer. Very nice little place!

Oh 5... you obviously don't know me so wouldn't know where I board. If you did, you'd fully realize I don't give a FLIP about "fancy trappings...." I was just having some fun.

If you'd like to know the real me, just ask Spotnnotfarm, Freebird, Gnalli, LMH, Silver Moon Stables, SBT, Snkstacres, Hydrophile, HoneyBee and others ...... All COTHers who have met me, spent time at the farm, rode with me and know that I'm as "basic living" as you can get.
