Default Would you look at this TB pedigree please for sport horse lines?

I have a breeding to Sempatico that I purchased for a mare that I had to put down (colic). The mare whose pedigree is shown above has been offered to me as a possible substitute. I've seen her – she is lovely – but would like to hear opinions regarding her pedigree. Thank you.

Super sport horse pedigree. Conquistador Cielo is one of the most proven Mr. P sons. Fire Dancer is also well proved for sport. As are Young Emperor and Prince John/Hold Your Peace. Tail female goes to Ruddy Belle who is a classic broodmare from the Rosie O'Grady family. This is the female family of Shenanigans and Leix and many, many more excellent broodmares. Princess Fire was a very sturdy campaigner with 53 starts, and she was black type placed as well as having a decent record overall. Hot Babe is half to a horse named Fire King, who was a stakes horse and was also very durable. Princess Fire's dam was also an excellent broodmare.

Honestly, you could hardly do better, especially for a hunter.

*insert big grin here* thank you vineyridge! I recognized some names and was hoping you'd say what you did -- and you said it even more strongly than I'd hoped for. Perhaps I'm due for a silver lining...
