Default I'm not good at this horse selling game

I am happy to report that there is a PPE scheduled next week that a potentail buyer set up. I don't really have any concerns, but you can never be too careful.

So of course, yesterday a lady emails me back after a few weeks of silence and says that she wants to set up a time for her to come see him.

This is where I need help because I don't want to squash a potential sale in case they see something on the vet they don't like, but I don't want to mislead her. See if this sounds good:

I was going to tell her that there is a sale pending, but if she would like to be notified in case the horse comes available, I would be more than happy to keep her in mind.

    What do you think?
