Default New boarding: Cedar Lane Equestrian Center in Howard County, MD?

I am a chronic boarding facility looker-upper, and found a new farm in Howard County, MD advertising on craigslist. It's called Cedar Lane Equestrian Center. I wanted to know if anybody here on COTH knew who was opening it/running it/owns it since the website has none of those specifics. I found it odd the farm wasn't advertised in the Equiery or another horse publication.

I drove by it the other day, not sure on the story. Is it licensed?

According to the maryland horse industry horse board online, it's not licensed - at least not yet.

Duh! About .8 miles from where I board. I'll just ask my BM/BO. Will report back this weekend.
I tolerate all kinds of animal idiosyncrasies.
    I've found that I don't tolerate people idiosyncrasies as well. - Casey09

It's a young couple that runs it horribly. It's not licensed. The owner's are never around and are incredibly stingy with hay and sawdust. They also never clean out the horses water buckets so they're always disgustingly dirty. The owner's also take forever to do what they say they're going to do or just never get around to doing it. I would not recommend boarding here.

Thanks - that's timely advice as I'm currently looking for boarding in the HoCo area.

Any recommendations for a horse that needs plenty of turn out, a decent outdoor arena (don't necessarily need an indoor), quality grain & hay, and competent barn manager? Feel free to pm me.

Thanks - (Sorry for hijacking the thread)
