Just throwing this out there, but does anyone have a "coupon" (aka magazine code) that has the small hole haynet listed for cheaper then $14.99?
My MIL is wanting two of these to make a slow hay feeder and with Dover's upgrade in shipping, it may be a cheaper option then going elsewhere (for a change). Unless anyone knows of someplace else that carries a similar style haynet.
In the pony size for soaking hay for my IR mare. They have held up great, and I suspect they're the same as the ones at dover for much cheaper. Also, Cheshire Horse is my favorite tack store, and I love sending business their way!
Agree with Trub...I buy mine at Chicks. $7.99 is their regular price and they're almost twice the capacity of everyone else's.
This past spring they were on sale for $5...I bought 6 extras. It's even more convenient having a buttload of them, I can hang and stuff them all and then line them up in the feed room and grab them as I need them.
Bonus: at Chicks they come in black, blue, purple, pink, green, light blue and red

The Dovers are the BEST. Hands down. The blue ones are, for some reason, made of sterner stuff. I don't have the discount catalog handy, but I'll leave myself a note to check when I get home and respond to this thread for you.
Oh, and Dover has two sizes too. Chicks, honestly, don't hold up half the time the Dover blue ones do.
Why is it that a woman will forgive homicidal behavior in a horse, yet be highly critical of a man for leaving the toilet seat up?

I suggest buying more than just 2. I originally bought 4 from Miller's Harness (now Dover) and then ordered 2 more. This is my 3rd yr on them and I'm down to 5. My one horse tears holes in them so a couple are patched with lovely blue baling twine.
Back in my day, we didn't have as many warning labels because people weren't so dang stupid!
