Jumping a horse that I REALLY enjoy ON my own farm! Now if only I had a regular arena (the video was done saturday afternoon and of course it rained sunday morning). The mare is one of my project horses and mentally needed to be reworked a bit before getting to this point. She has jumped before and even competed/schooled xc with the previous owner (her breeder and race trainer), but her off-track schooling was EXTREMELY inconsistent so we've taken her back to basics. OMG I'm REALLY excited about her.

Aww good for you! & she looks so nice and quiet jumping in that huge field...eventer in the making?! Beautiful farm too, color me jealous!

Thanks Event4Life. The field looks bigger than it really is since you see the bean fields in the background, but it's definitely not a small arena. Here's hoping she like eventing. Need to get her out on a trail ride soon I think.
