I remember reading somewhere the story of this mare--and how wonderful that they brought her home after the war, that's a rarity! Very well put-together, I might add, and I think packing all that artillery gave her a top line the dressage riders would envy!
We should make a collection of "Horse Veteran" YouTubes and put them all up for Veterans' Day every year . . .
