It really sounds from your post that showing your mare is high priority. I would say that if you can't do ET with her, I'd wait and breed her at a later time. First off, bringing a pregnant mare to shows is a risk. The stress is high and she could be exposed to 'bugs' that would make her sick. And starting a first time mother back to work after a short time, is not wise. It is not fair to the mare or the foal. They need to hang out and bond.
