Default TB Bloodlines - A Shameless Brag!

Just had a good look at my new OTTB's pedigree, and found:

Through the sire - Mr. Prospector, Northern Dancer, War Admiral and Halo

Through the dam - Secretariat (Bold Ruler), Nijinski II and Molokai

No idea if it'll mean much (meant nothing on the track! ) but sounds pretty impressive to me!

    And yours?

    Hey Tommy,

while all of those name are nice, we need to know your horses name!

Mr. P, Northern Dancer, Secretariat and the gang are pretty common as they were well known and used studs. We want to see where they are in your horses pedigree so we can actually comment on the others. Since the dams and those lines are usually a better indicator of what you actually have.

Ha! See what a novice I am? His racing name was Young Witness, and here's his pedigree: http://www.pedigreequery.com/young+witness

War Admiral is a total stretch (6th generations) but I thought it was pretty cool...

No - I got him from a Western (!) horse broker in Vermont who imported about 20 of them this summer.
