Default For those of you who held my hand during Whiskey Corgi's FHO surgery....

Tonight, in a burst of speed (the likes of which I've never seen before)

She CAUGHT the barn cat. Yep.

Like Kinsella's greyhound she is now a speed DEMON!

Ok, granted the cat didn't see her until she was just about on him, but that may be the fastest I've EVER seen her move! ROFL

Once she caught him, she pounced on him (*ooof!!*) and then came trotting (a little bit sideways...) back to me *SO* proud of herself.

In other words, she's doing GREAT!

THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU GUYS!!!

Cat was definitely unharmed in the process. Whiskey's a big softie, she's just always wanted to *catch* him. :-) No new pictures yet... not entirely sure where my camera is.

YAY!! I'm very glad to hear it. My GSD Wylie had a FMO this Spring. He's recovered really well, too.

Excellent!! I know some people feel FHO's are inferior to Total Hips, but I have known a LOT of happy dogs live pain free lives with their lack of femoral head! Way to go Whiskey!!
