What Would GM Say?
I wonder if he would disapprove of this piece of equipment since the stirrups might not be "plain" enough for him.
Aside from that, the idea of spending the price of a saddle on it would not fly with me.

GM would say that he is not in favor of gimmicky tack and that he prefers more subdued colors to show repect to the horse.
Personally, I think that purse would be awkward to lug around and would probably hit myself with that stirrup.

Hmmmmm….You know how much he hates those bendy irons and he certainly does not care for brightly colored eventing gear in general.
I think he would pass.

Right? Plus I would think it must be relatively heavy with that much metal on it.

Unless it could have a plain polished iron in a colour that would co-ordinate with his rust breeches...:-p

I had a leather purse with a D-ring snaffle on it. It was like lugging a brick even when it was empty. Shame, because it is a good looking bag.

I find that a properly worn wool cooler is very stylish, provided you are not denying any warmth benefits to the horse the cooler belongs to...

At least turnout blankets would be large enough to cover what needs covering!

I found these at TJMaxx. Paddock boots and half chaps by Uggs. I think the Equestrian Look" has gone too far!
Sorry the pictures are sideways - on a tablet and can't figure out how to rotate.

Didn't we already go through the poncho thing a few years back? I was so tempted to break out my old Navajo blankets from the 80s....
Flip a coin. It's not what side lands that matters, but what side you were hoping for when the coin was still in the air.
You call it boxed wine. I call it carboardeaux.

I could swear I just recently saw a jacket that looked like a Whitney.
I can't tell from the pictures on my phone- are the Ugg boots/half chaps in separate pieces?

lol! Yes, while I like the whole "exposure of the horse industry" thing, this is kind of annoying me every time I see someone sporting things like this. Anyone see Taylor Swift wearing the Ralph Lauren riding pants?

^ Ick. Not a Taylor Swift fan anyway. And hasn't Ralph Lauren heard that the buttons on the breeches went out some time ago?
