Just a quick update. Rudy is still available.

    His trial didn't work out.

If you're interested please contact Deanna. (I have gotten to know her through finding the ads and she is a lovely woman who has lost her job and needs to place her 3 horses. Her daughter has lost interest as well and all in all it's a hard time for them.)

    Can anyone help out??

Why did Rudy "not work out?"

Ahhh- I LOVED the Rudy horse last year and called on him. She must have picked him up quickly.

I really do not need another horse... really, really do not.

If you're interested, why not contact the current owner directly? she may be open to an extended trial or "free lease" type situation

My understanding of it is this. (I just heard back from her on facebook)

The trial was for him to be ridden/owned by another child. (Rudy's been the 15 yr old daughters horse for the last year and been fine with her) This child though wasn't capable enough. Not much specifics to go on just that the mother of the trial child said he was too much horse for her daughter. I don't even know how old that child was.

That said they are upfront that he is still a younger ottb who needs to be trained, but responds willingly to regular work and corrections in the course of a normal ride.

FYi... please contact Deanna if you're interested. She is a very nice lady.
