I got gas early this wk at a Valero station just outside Rochester area (Honeoye Falls) and it was $3.75. BJ's usually is less but I was there the next day and BJ's was $3.79.

$3.49 in NW Baltimore right off of 83, and $3.39 10 minutes up the road in the suburbs off of 695. Now, if you go east on 695 for 10 minutes instead of west, it's $3.51.

$1.29 per litre, I think it's close to $5 per gallon.

I calculated that out to $4.89/US gallon. (Mind you, I trusted someone else's math on the oz/gallon and litre.)

I am ashamed
We have in Southern NM 2.99 for gas and 3.59 diesel. I have a 2012 Passat Tdi so I follow the diesel more.

I filled up today. Think it was $3.90 for regular. Sigh (California...one of the many prices we pay to have 74 degree temperatures through the week of thanksgiving.)

$3.89. We tend to have some of the highest gas prices in our state...an there is no good reason or it.

So basically you guys don't have anything to complain about.. your gas is cheap! Montreal proper pays way more since they add a 4 or 6 cents tax to the already higher price of gas in Qc. If you leave the island of Montreal, at least it is a bit cheaper. But still probably closer to $5 a gallon on the higher side.

About $4.53 in Ottawa, recently moved here from Montreal and also lived in Quebec City for a few years, more expensive in both those places than here. One of the perks of moving here was the cheaper gas! lol

For sure! Much as I am feeling ripped off when I read these posts and realize how much more gas costs here in MA than in other parts of the US, I will say that, when driving to Montreal, I always gas up before I hit the border...I try not to buy gas in Canada if I can avoid it....we have it pretty cheap compared to Quebec.
