Tiff, it might be time this year to focus on "needs" rather than "wants". Last year I wanted a new TV, but the clothes dryer broke, so that took precedence over a new TV even though it's not something I would've considered Christmas-gifty.
It's part of being a grownup. Beautiful NEEDS a saddle that won't hurt her. Give her that gift for Christmas and trust me, she will thank you!
Tiff, are you saying your mom and dad would rather get you a phone that will be obsolete in a year or two rather than a properly-fitting saddle that will
a) save on vet or chiropractic bills for Beautiful's sore back, and
b) you can use this saddle for as long as you own Beautiful.
Because if that's what you're saying, I think you and your parents need to sit down and talk about priorities and what will be best for you AND Beautiful long term.
