    Default Holiday Parades (Rev1)

Today kicks off a new season of holiday parades. In general, how do you feel about parades that don't involve horses or riding?
If I knew what I were doing, why would I take lessons?

I don't care much for them; in general find them dull. If clowns are featured, then the parade gets re-classified as "evil".

I had the tail end of Macy's on today only because the National Dog Show followed it.

I am far from being a holiday curmudgeon, but if you've seen one marching band you've pretty much seen them all. And the musical acts are usually dreadful.
