Cool How to get rid of white line??

My Arab has one front foot that is alittle clubby. We have been battling white line all summer- it was extremely wet here in south Florida. Did the thrush buster, now I'm using coppertox. My farrier cut a 2 inch by 1.5 inch spot on the front of his hoof which should make it easier to get meds where they need to be. I just purchased "white lightning", which you mix with vinegar to create a gas and then wrap a plastic bag around the hoof for 45 minutes. Anyone have any experience with this product or have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

White lightning ROCKS! Seriously. But reinforce the bottom of your plastic bag (or use a soaking boot too) with duct tape. Otherwise, you'll wear through the bag quickly.
Flip a coin. It's not what side lands that matters, but what side you were hoping for when the coin was still in the air.

You call it boxed wine. I call it carboardeaux.

Can you get a veterinarian involved who is well versed? Perhaps also a farrier who is well versed?
A good horseman doesn't have to tell anyone...the horse already knows.

Might be a reason, never an excuse...

Well my farrier is pretty well-trained, feels like if I had been applying coppertox every day it would have worked. I think I will call my vet at this point just to see if she has any other ideas. Our weather should get dryer and cooler which in turn should slow down the spread of it. Now that he has cut this triangle in the front of his hoof it should get to where it needs to get. Fingers crossed!!

    CleanTrax.

It doesn't harm healthy tissue and it works awesome!

Koppertox has no proven efficacy for the treatment of white line disease.
Clean trax or White Lightning do.
