Got my La Mundials today..swoon!!
I ordered custom La Mundial field boots in August, and they finally arrived. They were measured at Gallops Saddlery in Portland, Oregon, and thanks to them, they fit like a glove and feel like butter on...sigh..swoon..I love them! I got the square toe with a floral punch pattern, reinforced "trainer patch" on the calf, and a stitched down swagger tab. They are delicious. I rode in them tonight and other than a bend in the left ankle pressing on a bone (hello, gel band!) they were super comfortable and look amazing. Yay!!!
Just had to share. Mr. Calvincrowe grunted and said, "Yeah, those are boots". when I modeled them for him. Men! I suppose if I'd worn just the boots, he might have paid attention to me!

Mine are waiting for me at my parents' house (I have unreliable mail at my apartment so didn't want to send them here), I can't wait to try them on!

I'll try to get some decent photos and upload them, but I'm lousy with my Iphone. They are adorable, if I say so myself. Feminine, yet macho with the square toe--fashion forward, they tell me. Like I'd know! I basically let the rep guide me, as I'm awful when it comes to fashion of any kind.

I like the look of my square toe Justins that I ride in *the rest of the time* and really the only thing I don't and haven't liked about tall boots, past and present, is the pointier toe. I always have to get boots a titch big or my toes get squished. A square toe would be two pluses for me!

Pft-I would have stuck those boots in my bag and been stroking them all day long!

I admit, I had my face stuck in them, sniffing up the amazing new leather smell! Again, Mr. CC just rolled his eyes and sighed..

For the quality, compared to what the higher-end off the racks can run, IMO they are a steal.
Congrats! They are lovely!!
