Two CANTER cuties needing homes ASAP!
**I'm not affiliated with these horses in any way, except wanting them to find good homes**

The above guy is free and needs a new home soon. He looks like he could be pretty nice with some TLC, and he has a pretty nice pedigree for sport. I love his eye... really wish this one could come be mine!

This girl is smaller but hey, small isn't bad for some of us vertically challenged people!
Like I said, I'm not affiliated with these two, just wanted to get the word out there so they can find good homes Really, really love Andato... I'm such a sucker for a bay TB!

The difficulty with the ridgeling is how undescended that testicle is.
Unless you wanted to keep him intact, he'd need surgery that could be expensive.
He looks like a sweety, but a little light boned up front.

They made that fairly clear in his ad, so I decided not to go over the whole thing again. I mainly just wanted to get the ads out there so people not on facebook (where they posted that the horses needed homes ASAP) or who don't check CANTER frequently could see.

Just to give you a vague idea, having my cryptorchid guy done back in around 1998/9 or so cost me around $1,200 at the Marion duPont Scott Equine Hospital in Leesburg, VA.

Too bad I'm a re-rider with very little confidence. They both look like sweethearts. I hope some folks who can handle an OTTB will pick them up and give them great homes.

Bacardi- I'm assuming yours was an abdominal cryptorchid?
It would important to figure out if it was an inguinal or abdominal cryptorchid. That would change the price point for the surgery pretty drastically. They also can do laproscopic cryptorchid surgery now (I think pricey and takes longer so more anesthesia) but it is a much less invasive surgery so less recovery time. Definitely something to ask about before people go see him or before they buy him.
