Default Making ice boots from shipping boots

I was also thinking of doing this. I was going to sew in some type of material (not sure, need recommendations) into the shipping boots, and use the ice packs that i get from Dr. Foster and Smith when I order my vaccines, since they stay cold for like 72 hours. I planned to make the pockets the size of those ice packs.

Not sure which material would be best to cool, but not freeze their legs.
