I just wanted to let you know she delivered the foal "text book" today and passed everything as well!! If everything goes according to plan she should be home tomorrow afternoon!!

The foal was a filly with 4 whites and a white face...why not right? But the BEST part (of this horrible situation) is my mare is going to be ok!

I am so relieved to hear that your mare came though this unharmed. I am so sorry for your loss of the beautiful filly. My mare that was carrying twins had two colts that were described to me as beautiful chestnuts with blazes and four high stockings. I never saw them, but did mourn them. But keeping my mare safe was my only concern, just as it was yours. Bless you for being so observant and so conscientious. Hug your beautiful mare for me.
