    It seems that the bank has bought it and so Stone Bridge will close December 15th.

    Unless someone comes in with either very deep pockets or wants it for a private facility, I doubt there will be much future for this place.

    I heard that the owners owe a lot of money on it. The bank is gonna own this place for a while. Sign of the times I guess.

    Bidding came in about $500,000 short of the note so there really wasn't any other options -

    More of a case of purchased for top dollar combined with poor business management than a sign of the times though - it will sell to someone for something, just depends on how much of a loss the bank is willing to take.
