Well, while he is too tall IMO he's a whole lot better specimen than Randy. I think he's quite a nice horse, where I didn't give Randy a moment's thought- Randy's back looked like a hammock compared to this guy...

I bet this is one ad that isn't lying about the height! He's huge! The seller also managed to get nicer quality pictures of him than a lot of CL people-- love the one of this bad boy in his paddock.

Probably not terrible to feed...it's the damage to my pastures from those FEET that turns me off. What a horse!

17.3 is perfect! Lucky for me it's a gelding, or I'd be on my way to get another horse

My Percheron is 17.3 and she doesn't eat much more than my others... yeah, more hay, but that's all. And unless you have a mud problem, the big hooves don't do any worse damage than regular hooves.
