Default The Smoking Thing Here in WA

So I guess smoking pot is legal here in WA. Well, in your own home and I do know DUI apply in some way. I don't smoke (anything) so I am curious to hear what you all think about this experience I had.

My crazy maker neighbors are pot heads I found out Christmas Eve. I made a huge batch of home made Irish Whiskey cream and made a little portion for each neighbor. Well, I was standing outside and when he opened the door it was a big pot cloud like one of those Arizona dust storms came rolling out. I was gagging. Of course, he's a dink anyway so he was all happy to be "showing off his dope smoking capabilities" I'm sure. I didn't even mention it as I didn't want to give him any sort of in for conversation, blech.

That stuff freaking reeks! I am an ex-smoker and can handle being in a semi-confined space with ciggie smoke but the weed stench is gross.

So, does my landlord have to put up with them stinking up the entire place??

I have no issue declining invites now as they have provided me a super duper reason not to go near their place LOL!!

I would imagine "non-smoking" rules would apply to the smoking of anything - tobacco or cannabis. Legal or not, they're definitely going to lose their security deposit.

I can't stand the smell of it. It gives me migraines. I live/work in WA and have to deal with the public. There are many, many businesses I have learned never to patronize based on the smell their employees bring in to my workplace. Just gross.

    Oh yuck

I suppose if I walked into a store and the employee smelled like pot it is the same as smelling like whiskey! Blech!
