My interaction with them on returns has been great. I had the UPS return label quickly...now just waiting to see how long the refund takes. But very happy with their responsiveness so far.

you guys do know Smart Pak offers free embroidery and monogramming to all monthly smart pak users, right? I did this for some gifts and they were lovely and very affordable-- even the text on sheets was free!

Oh yes, I regularly take advantage of this too
Horze has some more interesting colored pads than Smartpak, at the moment.

When Horze is having a 50% off sale, though, the price can't be beat! It think I paid $13 for my saddle pad. I figured I could use it as a schooling pad if it was a total fail.... if not... lord help my check book!
I plan on doing the same, if the quality is good vxf. If yours gets here before mine, please update!

I keep searching their site for women's full seat winter breeches but it comes up with breeches that aren't women's or winter so I am afraid to buy any of them. Do any of you have a recommendation for a warm pair?

I ordered the Grand Prix winter breeches and had to return them as the sizing was really odd. They were enormous and baggy, but even if I went down a size so the waist would fit, I think the legs would still be too big. I mean, they were like baggy pants, sweat pants, something like that. Huge legs! I would never be able to ride in them or I'd have rubs everywhere. So I'll be curious how you that ordered the other one (Frost Rider) like the fit. I don't really need full seats necessarily, just wanted something for winter, and I just love my Silvia denim breeches from Horze (no baggy legs on them!).

Refund received today 11/28 (11 days)
Order #2 placed 11/16 (one item with embroidery)
Hasn't arrived yet (12 days later)
So either the embroidery really delays them or the shipping is inconsistent. Even taking into account delay for thanksgiving, the second order is way behind.
Further update, it is the embroidery causing the delay, it seems. I still don't have Order #2 but last night I placed a 3rd order, no embroidered items, and UPS tracking shows it will be delivered tomorrow. So it looks like the 2 day turnaround time (which is super) holds true even with "holiday rush orders" from Black Friday/Cyber Monday and it's the embroidery that goes slow. No worries, I'm not rushed. But good to know.

^^ Same. I just checked my embroidery order, and the website says that it's still being processed. Was kind of hoping they would send out the other items in the meantime, since I kind of do need new bell boots, but its not an emergency.
My confirmation e-mail did say that it would be 5-7 days, and I placed my order on the 20th. Have an e-mail into customer service.

I emailed 2x to inquire and today got a reply that they're finishing the embroidery and putting the order in tomorrow's mail. Assuming 2 days in the mail, it should be here mid week and that's about 3 weeks total.

For embriodery I like SP, but I hate their medium diamond dressage pads, sorry. I wish I would have just gotten all Horzelovers Elite..... I got a couple more elite pads and one other pad. SP has more classic colors like black and white but they don't wash well and retain heat.

Update- the order came and the embroidery is GORGEOUS. Just the right size, location, and very high-quality/tightly stitched/high thread count. VERY happy with the embroidery. Now I just want monograms!!

^^ Awesome! I'm still waiting on mine, but now I'm getting anxious!
I just noticed that they charged me shipping, even though my order was over $75. I have an e-mail in on Sunday, but have yet to hear anything back on that or my order status...
