hee! reminds me of our recent schooling show; it was very windy, and no one at the in gate could hear the judge's whistle. she was sitting there for a while waiting for the next entrant who finally trotted down and said "so should we go?" "YES! YES! GO for god's sake!"

she took to waving her arms as well as the whistle after that.

At another windy day event, I asked the judge if she was a whistle or horn, she said "Neither, I'm a judge!"
