    My horse gets predominately beet pulp and I've found the shredded non-molasses fairly easy to rinse/soak. What's made it easy is I first dump it in a pasta strainer rinse it, dump it in a bucket let it soak, while it soaks I feed the other horses, by the time I finish giving grain and hay to the other 3 horses the beet pulp is nice and fluffy, so I give it one final rinse and then feed it. Some will say the rinsing isn't necessary and to each their own.

    Be careful with senior feeds most aren't good for horses prone to laminitis as well as oil is a no no.
