Default Congrats to Buschkn & Contempo

Just saw some lovely pictures of Karina (Buschkn) and Contempo (Contender-Polydor)competing and winning in 1.4m classes and thought everybody would enjoy seeing them. Karina really has done an amazing job developing her stallion. Congrats Karina!

Karina has done an amazing job with her stallion. She got him from a situation that wasn't ideal and he has come so far with her. Keep in mind that he also only has one eye and is still getting his job done and moving up the levels! Big congrats!

Thank you! I am so proud of him. We won our 1.40m class yesterday. He's really come such a loooong way from barely being able to get on 4y ago because he was so terrified to jumping around 1.40m with him amateur mama. He is very special and talented.

Donna did a little research into his damline for me and found out his dam is a very good producer. In addition to Contempo, a Voltaire daughter jumping 1.6m and ranked 1522 in the world in 2010. And another daughter produced this guy... approved stallion son by Coriano. http://www.facebook.com/l/eAQHfc9pZA...1288705726.jpg

Karina, my curiousity got the best of me so I kept going and I found a couple more Contempo siblings for you.

Cantida (Cantus-Polyata, v. Polydor) is/was owned by the Firestone's. She competed very successfully in the Young Jumper Program and then went on to compete up to GP. After her competition career, she received 47 bonits and premium status from AHHA.

And Casra (Corradina-Polyata, v. Polydor) looks to also have jumped up to the GP level in Europe and now appears to be a school master and is still competing.

I have some pictures of his siblings that I will e-mail you.

    Congrats again!

Cantida was an GP jumper at International level. I hosted the AHHA site at Va Horse Center when she was presented and she is a really nice mare.
