I read the "good" and "bad" feedback as "someone agreed with me" and "someone disagreed with me"...that's all find and good and as is it should be. If you don't take "good" and "bad" literally, it makes a lot more sense. Maybe changing the labels to "agree" and "disagree" would cause fewer hurt feelings? "Disagree
does not necesscarily equal a "bad" post, it just means someone didn't agree, that's not "bad".
