    While I know Cuba is closer, you might want to consider India for medical tourism. The prices are crazy low as well, and you shouldn't have nearly as many problems with immigration. They have a booming medical tourism industry, and let's face it, most of our medical professionals are originally from India now anyway

    I got one post set in September, needed a bone graft for the other. Also need 2 on the bottom - lucky me, I was born without 4 of my teeth! But of course, I had all of my wisdom teeth.

    $$ for mine is around 15k. Ouch!
