Just an FYI, if you are looking to get a smaller offspring make sure you look at the offspring. I know some listed here may be smaller but much of their offspring are not!
The ones I know of that I have seen smaller offspring by are Escudo II, Rotspon, Donarweiss. And the 3 of them are all smaller than advertised IMO.
That's true.... smaller does not necessarily mean produce smaller. From my experience, Carpaccio, Escudo II, Fabriano, Rotspon (can also throw big sometimes) Donarweiss. Goodtimes does not really add height but if the mare is tall, you *could* get taller.

The only Goodtimes offspring I ever saw was nearing 17hh and as long as a bus, so I am always shocked when I see him referred to as smaller and throwing smaller. But of course that was only one horse.
My Graf Top II mare was 15.1 with high heels on, and I have seen many other offspring that were very small, even though he is listed as 16.3hh. She was also a gorgeous mover with a lovely mind. Unfortunately her neurological problems AND OCD keeps me from ever recommending him.
Sure Hit (Sandro Hit / Furioso II) at Shannondale Farm is listed at 16.2, but he is barely that on his tippy toes. He is really quite a smaller stallion in stature, and although he certainly can produce taller offspring depending on the mare's genetics, he has a lot of youngsters finishing under 16.2h.
