    It's a rather confusing article. The first paragraph states the request "for an independent investigation" came from the International Dressage Riders Club, but then later it states the investigation is being done "on behalf of FEI".

    First of all, there is no love lost between IDRC and FEI (remember, FEI threatened to suspend IDRC earlier this year). And secondly, it sure can't be an "independent Investigation" if it is being done "on behalf of FEI".

    That was my reaction as well.
    Anyway, I'm glad that something is happening. Hopefully there will be some sort of meaningful result and this won't happen again.
