We have two school horses currently looking for retirement homes. Both are very sweet chestnut geldings - both 11 years old.

1. Cruiser - a FAVORITE with our students in our school string for both Western and Hunt Seat beginners and up. Always the first pick. So nice and friendly and cooperative all with a smile on his face. Well trained in both disciplines. Has some navicular symptoms in RF. Also is recovering from a small tear in his superficial flexor tendon. Was turned out all summer and needs more time to heal. Currently not sound. 15.3 QH giveaway to a loving home.

2. Dillon - also a favorite. Very kind 16.2 Chestnut TB geld. 11 years old. Was a lovely hunter but has arthritic changes in his neck which is a limiting factor for us. No more jumping for him nor going "on the bit"~ we tried him Western and he is rather good at it and in fact prefers it! Soft easy going slow gaits make him very comfortable to sit. Has a nice natural level top line/head carriage. This one is super sweet as well - does crib. Light Western riding in ring or trails = fine. Free to loving home.

Will get a link to some pics soon. Please direct your inquiries to our stable manager, Jen Wilda at jwilda@mtholyoke.edu or (413) 538-3234. Thank you.
