    Default Suffolk Downs Showcase??

Who went, what happened and who came home with a new project?? We want details and photos! ;-)
If my husband hadn't chained me to the kitchen table, I would have brought this one home:

(If he's 17 hh, his handler is very tall)

LOL I said the same thing! there's no way that horse is 17h, seriously!

I know a couple friends went, but no news on FB as to if they brought something home or not :-(

I do know that ?Dream Doer found a new home last week.

I didn't get to go due to waking up with a migraine, but I wasn't in a position to bring one home this year anyway, was just going to have fun!

hopefully some others will chime in and share their news

We had a really good day despite the rain! A lot of people showed up which was great to see . We ended up moving the whole thing inside one of the test barns so everyone could stay dry and that worked out well though it did delay things for a bit while we got set up. So far that we know of 14 horses found homes this past weekend!! Our website is updated with that info. There are still lots that need homes - racing ends October 31st - just two weeks away and horses have to be off the track the following week so not much time left if you are looking for a new OTTB!!

Thank you to everyone who came out!!

And there was a terrific article on the Boston Globe sports section about the showcase. Great visibility. Congrats!
