http://www.worldsporttiming.com/results/timing-697.html there's also a live feed on their site but I don't know if it will work, as it's an FEI event; http://www.event-pau.fr/direct-live/

I'm thinking the live feed won't work, I checked FEI TV and they appear to be covering it. Now the question is just whether or not to get up at 3am...

Why does Frank Ostholt ride with dressage-length stirrups?

How funny that Ostholt was following PD and Mr M on course.

Really happy for PD. That round looked so smooth, and after the rough go he's had this year, I'm happy to see such a good round and the big pats at the end. In 3rd for now with just .4 time penalties!

The camera showed them stopping Frank Ostholt before the 4th (?) to last, and scoreboard says E. Anyone know what happened to him? I think they announced it in French but not English.

Frank Ostholt has been pulled off course. MLM had scary slip and scramble over first water.

They even took the long route towards the end and still only 0.4 time pen. So smooth!

Lots of rides yet but still exciting to see 4 US riders near the top of the leaderboard!

Not sure but Franks horse slipped very badly early on...on the replay it looked as if his hip went nearly/completely? down. Injury?

WFP is not human I think 3 great rides (I didn't actually see his earlier rides, but I assume they were awesome!) I can't imagine riding 3 around that course!

How can Mr Nicholson not get a penalty for only getting the front half of the horse over the obstacle ? WFP RULES !

Did anyone see Mr. Cruise Control and the fence that he half jumped? It certainly looked to me as if he had gone outside the flag with his hind end.

I also thought that the Australian Lamperd had gone outside the flag on one of his jumps.
