I was having major issues with their website and posted about it here oh, maybe a year ago now. Smartpak's CIO of technology contacted me via COTH PM and then later via email. I recorded my screen to show how the website would not load on different browsers, etc and sent it to him.
You have to change doses and shipping schedules every few weeks?
I do have one ''problem child' that seems to need a little more tweaking, but - usually just about every 4-6 months -to cover needs related to seasonal changes (like vit E in winter - electrolytes in summer, etc.). And it seems like every time I want to make a change, the website has changed and I have to hunt for what I need.
I've also found issued related to different browsers, but being in IT, I know that most of those issues are inevitable as security updates are constantly evolving.
