    Thumbs down What Gives SmartPak???

    Every dang time I go on to their website, their reps are offline.

    I refresh and wait and refresh and wait thinking they're just on with someone else and nothing. This has happened for the last week.

    I need to switch my dog's food to every other month, but I can't edit the shipping schedule anymore now that that's changed too (unless I'm missing something).

    I can email, I know and they'll get back within 24hrs, but I want to chat dangit!

    Come back to me super awesomely friendly reps!!

    maybe they are to busy monitoring BBS for posts like this so they cant get to the chat?

    Just call them up. I did yesterday about putting all my smartpaks on a farm account, and they were extremely helpful.

    Yeah I can call too, I just love the chat cause I can get it done super quick when I think of it while at work.

    I guess I'll have to just call during lunch today.

    When you call be sure to mention the chat was not working. Guessing they will want to know so they can look into it.

    I find the best time to catch them on "chat" is early to mid afternoon. I've had the same issue.

    But if it's something I need to speak to someone about NOW... I call.

    Yeah this is definitely not an emergency, I just prefer the ease of the chat feature.

    ETA: Spoke to soon, just logged in again to try one more time and there they are! Yayy!!!

    They seem to be online now. Maybe you can ask them why they are not online more often

    Just a bit tongue in cheek. The don't ever seem to be online to me either!

    I am getting really tired of the constant website changes. Its getting really annoying to have to re-learn how to change doses and shipping schedules every few months.

    I was having major issues with their website and posted about it here oh, maybe a year ago now. Smartpak's CIO of technology contacted me via COTH PM and then later via email. I recorded my screen to show how the website would not load on different browsers, etc and sent it to him.

    They pay a lot of attention to customer voices.

    I do have one ''problem child' that seems to need a little more tweaking, but - usually just about every 4-6 months -to cover needs related to seasonal changes (like vit E in winter - electrolytes in summer, etc.). And it seems like every time I want to make a change, the website has changed and I have to hunt for what I need.

    I've also found issued related to different browsers, but being in IT, I know that most of those issues are inevitable as security updates are constantly evolving.
