Default Is anyone here friends with Brianne Goutal?

I adopted one of her retired ponies and thought she'd like to know that she is doing great at the age of 23. If you are in touch with her, please PM me and I'll give you the info to pass along. Thanks!!

I might consider moving this to the Hunter/Jumper forum, it might get out to the show people a little better

Someone probably bought it from Brianne who bought it from that person who showed it until it was ready to be a field pony and have a happy retirement, didn't have a place to keep it, so adopted it out to someone willing to retire a cute little pony and they all lived happily ever after.

Why are you shouting when you don't even know the details about the situation yet?

Most likely it is just as goodlife already stated, after all I don't think Brianne has shown ponies for at least 10 years.

I typed "Brianne Goutal contact info" into google and got:

    http://www.whitepages.com/name/Brian...ork-NY/5g9psvw

She also has the "message" button enabled when you type her name into a facebook search.

Looks to me like thay hit caps lock instead of shift to capitalize the W at the beginning of Why. I doubt shouting was intended. Sheesh

This thread has more replies concerning a replier's tone of typing/grammar skills than the question intended...
If I remember correctly someone on here knows her?

OP, that's really nice of you to think to contact Goutal.

It takes a village to care for horses.

I was taught to *not ask* after I sold a horse. But I'd be very pleased to hear about "one of mine" who had found a nice retirement home.

I hope this works well for you and pony.

What a wonderful gesture to not only adopt an older pony, but to care enough to let her former owner know she is in good hands.

I would be so relieved to know my former horse or pony was in a forever home...

    Enjoy your new friend!

Thanks all. The pony was not in a bad situation. The last owners were transferred across the country and were unable to find her a suitable home in time, so they donated her to a rescue so she could find the best home possible (which she did). I know that she was originally one of Brianne's ponies, so I just thought it may be nice to let her know that the pony is doing great - that is all. I have heard that she is a true horsewoman who cares about her horses, and simply thought she'd like to know how well the pony is doing. I did not feel right about sending her a message on Facebook, since she doesn't know me at all.

Thanks! A friend of hers has PM'd me, so I will pass along the info to her.

Awww...that's sweet Kim. I'm sure she will be thrilled to know one of her babies has a great home.

To add, the reason I was asking is becasue I am a pony person and was curious as to which pony, since I followed he pony career. Most people who know me know my interest in ponies.....I was seriously curious about which pony, and what its circumstances were. Love how there are people on here who love to attack and ridicule....and thanks for making me feel even more frustrated than I already am about my failing vision

fortunately, my rides seem to be able to take a joke when I miss a distance. Do me a favor and try typing with one eye closed.

Sorry you were jumped on, Silk. Don't worry about what others say. You had a valid interest. Misunderstandings, I guess.
