    My student Amanda had been leasing him for about 10 months and thought he would be going home in December. His owner made the hard decision to sell him and Amanda's parents surprised her after a dressage clinic yesterday! It was great.

    I think we ALL cried, too! All of my students were there and my barn owner. Even Amanda's dad got a little misty eyed through all his grumbling.

    Stryder's old owner sent Amanda a bracelet with Stry's show name on it. It was really an incredible thing for her to let this guy go, he's a SUPER special pony and Amanda is a super special kid. I'm thrilled with the partnership and eternally grateful to Stry's old owner for letting this happen!!
