Default Economical heat & insulation for a shop building?

Our farm has a three season shop building that needs to be a four season building. It's about 30' by 60', poured concrete foundation, high ceilings, framed up like a house, but no insulation or heating system. Has big windows and a monster fan built into one wall.

I don't know where to start, but thought you would. Thanks!
It's 2014. Do you know where your old horse is?

Check spray on insulation, is some of the best for your money today.

Then, it depends on where you are and other like use and comfort level you want in there, which kind of heat makes sense.

Straw burner - uses round or large square bales of any kind of straw/crop residue including oil seed crops except sunflowers.
