Default A Cough and Snotty Nose

Just in the last couple days I noticed my mare coughing a little. It's not bad. Just maybe one or two coughs (sound a little rattly) and then she's fine.

I got new hay last week but it doesn't seem dusty to me, even when I open it up.

Paddock is almost bone dry though. I am thinking of getting her on grass gradually this week to possibly help if it's the dust that is causing the cough. I feed her in small hole hay nets so, except for the grass blades she lips off the paddock ground, she is not eating on the ground.

Nasal discharge is clear to faintly white.

She's had a drippy nose in the past. Think this might just be allergies? Should I call a vet?
