    It sounds like your BO isn't treating this like a business relationship. Expect the mess to continue. You can continue your side if you like..... but once you know she's going to ask you for help with the kid, help with paying for the feed (on top of your agreed amount) and whatnot, know that it's going to continue.

    You get to be disappointed once, but not over and over.

    Well the last place was great at first I was there for 3.5 years. I'm not sure if they were just getting older (they were in their 60s) but care just went down.

    There Is a place I want to move and I know it'll be my last place for a while its just booked and Im kicking myself for not moving sooner - I have two friends that moved their horses there shortly after I moved mine and they LOVE it.
