Default Does anyone have any recommendations for horse hair bracelets

I had to euthanize my horse recently and I am interested in having his tail hair weaved into a bracelet. I found several websites online but I'd love to get some recommendations from people that have had this done.

    Thanks in advance.

I haven't had one made, but I am planning on getting one for my mother and sister for Christmas, and this is the one I am going to use. She has a Facebook site too, and the examples she posts are very creative.

seconding lou petty. I have seen her work - it's really nice, tight, stable...... and she has a great selection of stones, clasps, etc etc to add interest.

Flip a coin. It's not what side lands that matters, but what side you were hoping for when the coin was still in the air.

Ask KingsRansom Hoofprints of the Heart does a great job, but they're nowhere near as fancy as some of the others:

(If you don't have Facebook, I have her contact information I can PM. Kings Ransom can show you what hers looks like.)

Great and timely. My boy passed a few years back but I am ready to make a bracelet. Since I don't have a lot of hair, probably just enough for a single bracelet, I have to choose carefully. I really like the square braids, does anyone know if these wear out more easialy due to the edges?

I had a bangle made when we lost my pony a few years ago and it's gorgeous, and holding up so well!

Thanks to everyone. I fell in love with a design on the Trick Horse homepage (double herringbone with white pearls) so that's what I've decided on. I love pearls, very classic. I think it will look great with the black hair. Some of the other sites are really beautiful but expensive. Maybe another horse in the future.
