What would Make an Attractive Situation for On-Site Trainer; Liability Issues
I am interested in opinions of various scenarios that would be attractive to either an established trainer, or up-and-coming trainer, to operate their business at a private farm. Owner would live onsite.
Specifically, I am looking for feedback on a mutually-beneficial business relationship for trainer and property owner,and potential liability issues with the various scenarios.
How would workman's comp for owner factor in if trainer had working students? What if trainer had no working students but instead paid a salary to barn help working part time?
