I have a Crosby Olympia Sofride (<--random google image) that's 20+ years old. I love it and will probably never sell it, although it doesn't fit my horse or my behind. It's very minimalist and really well balanced--I can ride in a variety of stirrup lengths pretty easily. Another model that I like that hasn't been mentioned is the Mark VII. One of the barn schoolies has one and riding in it makes me miss my Olympia!
I had a Crosby GPA - I am 5'10" - my girls said that it put my leg in a better position than my Passier. Very comfy - nice soft leather. Sorry I sold it,
but I was hunting and needed a saddle able to stand up to the rigours of the Fraser River every Saturday.
