    Default Vetting this CANTER gelding tomorrow!

    He looks EXTREMELY straight behind... see how his hind leg is nearly vertical and how much stress is on the hind pastern, especially when he is resting one hind leg? I would be very, very wary of a horse with this type of conformation.

    re: conformation - I am so often amazed at how different a horse can look from one pic to another, and of course in the flesh. He has a lovely eye and sounds like a sweetheart. Hope you guys have a great time together! Good luck!!!

    Good luck! I agree that photos can make a horse look better or worse. Heck, we've ALL had a picture taken that made us look HORRIBLE right? If he looks nice in person then go for it! Let us know how it goes.

    He was great in the vet check, just one little issue, but not big enough for us to say no - so excited to bring him home on Friday!

    Congrats!! Another happy OTTB going to a good home

    And FTR, he wasn't standing even on all fours in any of those pictures so I'm sure it didn't do his leg angles justice. Super handsome guy.
