Post BUCKS COUNTY Pa - help with finding safe reasonable board for mare

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
I have had it with the drama at our current barn. Looking for a smaller laid back situation for my mare. She can live in or out, no vices. I think we are pretty easy to get along with. Ability to bring in an outside trainer appreciated. We don't need anything fancy- other than ample safe turnout it would be great to have a lit ring.

    I can spend $400 a month. Help!!!?
