    Default Horse has new waterer

So I moved my mare to another boarding facility and they use a slightly different type of automatic waterer. It is a regular looking blue bowl, but inside is a metal piece that is covered in plastic, like a pipe, going vertical. The horse will have to push its nose against, with a little bit of force. We just moved yesterday and my mare does not know how to use it yet. How should I teach here? The only way I could think of was when she put her nose in there, I tried to push her nose against the piece.

Back to Normal.. or as close as I'll ever get

Mare will eventually figure it out.
But until she does - will BO hang a bucket for her to make sure she's drinking?

I moved to a very ch-chi barn that had auto-waterers with a monitor system to tell how much each horse drank.
My TB Would.Not.Touch the scary metal bowl, so he got a water bucket too until the monitor showed he was drinking from the Scary.
