Default Whats up with the faux Euro-seat britches?

So I was at the Maryland Horse and Pony Show today and saw everyone is wearing faux Euroseat breeches. They still had the leather knee patch but the euroseat was just what looked like stitching. What's the point? Please enlighten me...

I find they make your bum look smaller and I don't like full seats. But my bum is barely ever in the saddle anyway.

I find the placing of the stitching to be better... There is no longer a seam that runs down the inside of your leg. Much more comfortable.

euroseats ARE just stitching. They are not full seats.

very strange. I think FS pants make my butt bigger. Hmmm.....to each their own I guess. Not sure I see the point of this fashion trend.

    Yes.

There's technically no such thing as a "faux Euro-seat".

I find euroseats really flattering on me, but then again I like my bum, haha (unlike most of the rest of my body!)

I recently bought my first pair of euro-seats, maybe they are faux, since they were cheap and on the clearnace rack!

I love them, very comfy, no seam on my inner thigh and gouging into my knee cap!, and they are very flattering.

My husand has always told me that my traditional hunter TS, make me look like I had a load in my pants, and he really liked these. Go figure.

I think the OP is confusing euro-seat with full-seat.

Yup, but surprising she is just noticing their popularity now, they have been the rage for several years now.

FWIW, I don't find any difference in comfort between my regular breeches and the Euro-seats, the stitching on regular breeches has never been an issue.
